In recent years Anahita has been involved in designing and developing training to meet the needs of different organizations and learner groups. Her knowledge and skills in utilizing variety of online platforms has enabled Anahita to provide flexible and cost effective training modules. Anahita applies the ADDIE model to ensure all aspects of training is taken into consideration.
Anahita has over 15 years experience in the field of coaching and training. Her educational background consists of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and a Master’s Degree from California State University, Northridge in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Career Counselling.
She is a founding member of the Focus on Internationally Trained Professionals committee, which was sponsored by BC Career Development Association. The purpose of the committee was to provide up to date information to Employment and Career Practitioners who offer services and have interest in the advancement of Internationally Trained Professionals.
Anahita is the proud recipient of the British Columbia’s Career Development Award of Excellence for work done along side of her fellow instructors of the Douglas College Career Development Practitioner Program.
